Matte Black Edition Vivo X9 Smartphone Launched in China

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo officially launched the Matte Black variant of the Vivo X9 in China. The Matte Black colour variant is currently priced in country at 2,798 yuan (approximately $ 415.06 / Rs. 27,700).
It was notable that the Vivo X9 smartphone was made available only in Gold and Rose Gold colour options. The Vivo X9 was initially launched in China in November last year, alongside with the Vivo X9 Plus.

In terms of the specifications, the Matte Black edition Vivo X9 smartphone features a metallic unibody design. It has a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display screen with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels. Under the hood, the handheld device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor clocked at a speed of 2GHz, along with Adreno 506 GPU for the graphics.
The Vivo X9 is equipped with a huge 4GB of RAM onboard. It is available two variant models - the 64GB ROM and 128GB of internal storage. On the camera side, the smartphone sports dual front camera setup of which one is of 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 sensor with f/2.0 aperture, and the second camera comes with an 8-megapixel resolution. The rear camera flaunts a 16-megapixel shooter with PDAF, f/2.0, and LED flash support.
The Vivo X9 runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system out of the box, which is coupled with Funtouch OS 3.0 user interface laid on top of it. Fueling the phone is a 3,050 mAh capacity battery with fast charging feature.
Other features the device offers include Dual SIM 4G with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 ac), Bluetooth 4.2, fingerprint scanner and GPS. The handset measures body dimensions of 152.6 mm x 74 mm x 6.99 mm and weigh around 154 grams.
