Huawei's latest device dubbed as the Huawei Honor 8 Pro smartphone officially announced in Russia. The Honor 8 is already listed on Huawei's official website in the country, however there is no information for the price and availability as of now.

As for the specifications of the device, the Huawei Honor 8 Pro smartphone features a 5.7-inch QHD display screen with a screen resolution of 2560 pixels by 1440 pixels and a pixel density of 515 ppi. Under the hood, the handheld device is powered by company's very own octa-core Kirin 960 processor, which is paired with a massive 6GB of RAM onboard.

The Huawei Honor 8 Pro smartphone comes equipped with a built-in 64GB of internal memory storage, which can be further expandable up to a huge 128GB via a dedicated microSD card slot. The major highlight of the phone is the dual-camera setup.

It has two 12-megapixel sensors on the rear panel and an 8-megapixel camera front-facing sensor for selfies. Interestingly, the cameras of the device also support 4K video recording at 30 frames per second.

The Huawei Honor 8 Pro smartphone runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat) operating system out of the box, which is coupled with Huawei's latest customized user interface laid on top of it. Fueling the phone is a 3900 mAh capacity battery.

Other features the Huawei Honor 8 Pro smartphone offers include 4G network support, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-SIM, Bluetooth 4.2, and an infrared sensor. It measures body dimension of 157 mm x 77.50 mm x 6.97 mm and weighs around 184 grams.
