Online retailing website Giztop has announced that Xiaomi's highly anticipated device called the Xiaomi Mi 6 is now available for pre-order on its official website. The 64GB variant of the Xiaomi Mi 6 is priced at $499, while the 128GB variant cost at $599.

The 64GB variant of the Xiaomi Mi 6 will be available in Black, Blue, and White color options. Tthe 128GB variant of the smartphone only comes in either Black or Blue. As per listing on Giztop, the Mi 6 will begin shipping out starting sometime in May 2017 next month that comes with a 2-year warranty.

As for the specifications, the Xiaomi Mi 6 smartphone features a 5.15-inch HD IPS display screen with a resolution of 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels and 428 ppi pixel density. Under the hood, the handheld device is powered by an octa-code Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 (4x2.45 GHz Kryo and 4x1.9 GHz Kryo) processor paired with Adreno 540 GPU for the graphics. It comes equipped with a massive 6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal memory storage.

On the photography department, the Xiaomi Mi 6 sports a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with phase detection autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash, geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, and panorama support. On the front is an 8-megapixel sensor that supports video recording up to 1080p.

The Xiaomi Mi 6 runs on Android 7.1.1 (Nougat) operating system out of the box, which is coupled with Xiaomi's latest customized MIUI 8.0 user interface laid on top of it. The device is fueled by a non-removable Li-Po 3,350 mAh capacity battery with Fast battery charging (Quick Charge 3.0) technology support.
