Google is about to launch its newest smartphone at the end of October and it could be named either the Nexus X or Nexus 6. According to new benchmark tests, the Nexus X will be big and powerful. The Geekbench benchmark tool gauged how strong the new 6-inch device will be.
The highly anticipated Nexus X was also referred to as the Motorola Shamu. The affordable next-gen flagship mobile phone from Google reportedly features a Quad HD display with 1440 x 2560 pixels. It is powered by a 2.65 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with 3 GB of RAM and will run on Android 5 or Android L.

Google is currently in collaboration with Motorola in building the Nexus X or Nexus 6. Reports say it was called the Nexus X because it is a lot like the Moto X which was unveiled in September. Based on the benchmark results, the Nexus X was compared to different devices including the iPhone 6, and it can be the most powerful smartphone in the market this year.
According to the Geekbench 3.2 single-core test results, the Apple iPhone 6 scored the highest at 1630, while the iPhone 5S came in second at 1323. The Nexus X or Nexus 6 came in third at 1040 and LG G3, Samsung Galaxy S5, Nexus 5, Galaxy Note 3 and HTC One M8 followed suit.
The Geekbench 3.2 multi-core test results show that the Nexus X or Nexus 6 scored the highest at 3199 while the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 came in second at 2998 followed by Apple iPhone 6 at 2927. The Galaxy S5, Nexus 5, HTC One M8, LG G3 and iPhone 5S followed suit.
