For a couple of weeks already, the Internet has seen a lot of reports about Samsung's metallic Galaxy A series. This time, a Kazakhstan retailer released a leak, confirming some details about the upcoming Galaxy A5.
The retailer listed the Samsung Galaxy A5 prematurely in a catalogue with a price tag and spec sheet. According to the catalogue, the Galaxy A5 will not come cheap with its retail price of 99,990 KZT - that's the Kazakhstani tenge, the country's currency - translating to around $550 with flat exchange rates. This price is slightly more expensive than rumors previously suggested.

The Galaxy A5 comes with a 5-inch Super AMOLED display with 720p resolution, quad-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset Cortex A-7 CPU and 1 GB of RAM. It also comes with a microSD card slot and NFC with Android 4.4.4 KitKat installed out of the box. With these specs, it could be expensive at $550 but the metal frame takes the handset up a notch in look and feel.
The Samsung Galaxy A5 weighs 123 grams and measures 139.9 x 69.7 x 6.7 mm. It features a 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5 MP front camera for selfies.
Previous rumors suggested that the Galaxy A5 will come with 16 GB of internal storage and 2330 mAh battery capacity.
It is still unknown when Samsung will officially launch the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 handsets but with all the rumors and leaks recently, it could be safe to assume the company will announce it soon.
