Amid rumors that Amber Rose may be dating French Montana, gossip site TMZ reported that the model isn't cozying up to the rapper, but to his brother Zack instead.

Zack and French are almost always together, so upon seeing Amber Rose hanging out with French and his crew, people immediately assumed that the model and the rapper were dating.

When in public, the model tries her best to keep her distance from Zack; however, over the weekend, they were spotted hanging out at a strip club and nightclub in New York City.

The reason that the model has been so discreet about her newfound love is that she doesn't want to add on to the already difficult situation with Wiz Khalifa, with whom she had a nasty split. Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa will soon be facing each other in court to fight for full custody of their 1-year old son Sebastian.

Filing for divorce in September amidst rumors of infidelity on Wiz Khalifa's part, the model cited irreconcilable differences as the primary reason for the split, and is seeking for full legal and physical custody of their son. She said she is willing to give her ex visitation rights.

The model acknowledges that there is a pre-nuptial agreement in place and that she is not challenging it. According to the prenup, Amber Rose will be receiving spousal support.

Prior to Zack Montana, Amber Rose was romantically linked to her new talent manager, Nick Cannon, who is also in the midst of a divorce. Cannon was married to pop diva Mariah Carey.

Although Amber Rose never spoke or commented about the issue, Cannon adamantly denied that he is in a relationship with the model and claimed that he only has big plans for her career, and he isn't on the lookout for a new relationship.
