Singer Usher's sex tape with his former wife Tameka Raymond was apparently stolen in 2010 and, someone is currently trying to sell it again on the black market.
According to gossip site TMZ, whoever is trying to make money off of the stolen footage is unable to sell it to adult film companies because they would need a sign-off from the singer to be able to distribute it. Without a question, Usher will not be signing any papers to distribute the footage.

Instead of selling the footage to the said companies, the thieves have decided to go directly to blogs to try and acquire a sale.
Currently, famed lawyer Mark Geragos who is currently representing the performer is hunting for the individuals who stole the footage and are trying to hawk it. If the culprits are caught, they will be criminally liable for theft.
The footage was acquired by unknown individuals in 2010 when the performer's car was broken into in Atlanta. 2 laptops, 2 video cameras and jewelry worth 1 million dollars were stolen. The sex video was in one of the laptops stolen.
While Geragos is attending to finding the thieves, Usher is keeping himself busy by promoting his new single "Clueless" in a rather unconventional way.
According to Billboard, the star has targeted the cereal Honey Nut Cheerios as the platform in which he would promote his new songs. He has recently appeared in a commercial for the brand that featured his single "She Came to Give It to You".
The download of "Clueless" is now a special bottom-of-the-box prize in specially marked boxes of the above mentioned cereal which is being sold at Walmart stores.
Although the single is being given as a special prize, it is possible that it may not be part of the singer's upcoming album "UR".
There is no scheduled release date for the said album as of late.
