After an embarrassing National Football League (NFL) game against the Buffalo Bills, the Cleveland Browns continue in placing their faith in quarterback Brian Hoyer, relegating Johnny Manziel to his spot on the bench.
In the game against the Bills, Hoyer left the game after he threw his second interception that led to a field goal for the opposing team.

Hoyer has only thrown one touchdown and six interceptions in his last four games. This includes zero touchdowns and five picks in his last two, not including the Bills game.
Manziel came in for Hoyer in the Bills game and led the Browns to their only touchdown drive of the night.
However, after two days of deliberation, Cleveland Head Coach Mike Pettine announced Wednesday that they have decided to start Hoyer for the 13th straight game Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts.
"After thorough evaluation and talking to the staff, we feel Brian gives us the best opportunity to win on Sunday," Pettine said. "This is a football decision, and those are always going to be based on what we think is best for our team.
He continue by saying that Hoyer has led their team to a 7-5 record. He says he is confident that they can get the entire offense playing at the level needed to accomplish the goals they have set at the beginning of the season.
A source told ESPN though that if Hoyer were to lose the game on Sunday, then Manziel could have the opportunity to start the final three games of the season.
In the game with the Bills, Manziel led the Browns to an eight play drive that spanned for 80 yards. All of this in his first drive. Once in the end zone, he flashed his signature money signs from the end zone after a 10-yard diving run.
While there is much talk for the starting quarterback, Pettine said that the decision between Hoyer and Manziel will not matter if they don't inject life into their stale running game.
