Actress Reese Witherspoon admitted that she used to break down and cry a lot on her kitchen floor because she used to feel weak and lost.
Admitting that there have been times in her life when she felt so low and desperate that she didn't know what to do, the star said she knew she was the only one who could turn things around.

"I lay on my kitchen floor and cried a lot and I think at a certain point you just wake up and you're like 'OK, I don't want to feel like this anymore.' And you figure your own s**t out. But no one's going to figure it out for you," she admitted.
She poignantly pointed out that a person can't apologize for being human, and that all of us experience sadness and loss sometimes.
Although there were times when she felt lost, the mother of three certainly seems to have found herself in a role that she said she couldn't relate to in the beginning.
Witherspoon stars in the new flick, "Wild," in a role so unlike the other characters she had played in the past, and all other parts she is known for.
The said role finds the 38-year old star playing a heroin addict who overcomes her addiction and internal turmoil with a grueling 100-day hike.
The actress, made famous by her wholesome image and rom-com characters, had to take the brave step to go nude onscreen. Although her daughter Ava said she found her mom's nudity "weird," she is extremely proud of her.
"I was like, 'I had to be brave and I couldn't just play the parts I was comfortable with. Cause Cheryl was brave enough to tell her whole story so I had to tell the parts that even I was scared to do.' She's proud of me," Witherspoon shared.
