Bob Myers, General Manager for the National Basketball Association's (NBA) Golden State Warriors announced that they have reached out to two-time champion and 10-time all-star Ray Allen.
The 39-year old future Hall of Famer has been sitting out for most of the season, content to just wait and watch the teams play. He has said that he is not particularly worried about it and that he is enjoying the time with his family.

Fortunately for him, the team interested in him is a legitimate championship contender.
The CSN Bay Area reported that Myers told 95.7 FM The Game on Thursday afternoon that the club has reached out to Allen's representatives. However, as of now, it is uncertain if Allen is interested or not.
"Here's the problem," Myers explained. "We don't have enough minutes as it is so it's just a question of chemistry."
The fact that Myers is worried about their rotation scheme and how Allen plays into it is shared by the Cleveland Cavaliers, the San Antonio Spurs, and the Los Angeles Clippers as they have all expressed interest in Allen.
The Warriors though now have a surplus of talent. Head Coach Steve Kerr proves this by brining in Andre Iguodala and Shaun Livingston off the bench while Harrison Barnes shifts to small-ball power forward on occasion.
The Cavaliers,on the other hand, have struggled to find consistent minutes for Mike Miller and Dion Waiters. To make matters worse, Matthew Dellavedova has returned to the lineup.
The Spurs are running thinner lately, but will likely struggle in the rotation as well when Patty Mills makes his season debut in January.
The Clippers though are most likely the team that can theoretically use Allen the most. However, his potential role has already been duplicated by J.J. Reddick and Jamal Crawford.
As to Allen's interest on any of the teams, he has made it clear to contact him in January.
