Buckingham Palace's unusual two denials of Prince Andrew's alleged involvement in sex with a minor is not sufficient for Sky Roberts, the father of Virginia Roberts, the woman who claims she had sex orgy with the prince thrice as part of her duties as sex slave to the royal's friend, financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Roberts insisted that the claims of his daughter, who was 17 when she was allegedly forced to have sex with the prince, must be proven in court. If indeed the Duke of York had sex with her while still a minor, he should be prosecuted, Roberts insisted.

Mr. Roberts said it does not matter if the second son of Queen Elizabeth is a prince or a commoner, but he must face the consequences of such actions.

"Having under-age sex is against the law and he should be prosecuted," Daily Mail quotes Roberts.

Virginia had been identified in one photo with Prince Andrew as Epstein's masseuse. Roberts said that his daughter was introduced by the prince to Queen Elizabeth when she flew to London with the billionaire. She went with him to many countries and while on his private jet, Virginia massaged Epstein, Roberts said.

Roberts said he has not talked to Virginia the past three months, but he admitted not being aware that his daughter was allegedly Epstein's sex slave since she never mentioned to him about any sex activity and he did not ask her because it did not cross his mind that they would be engaged in those things.

He described Epstein, a Florida-registered sex offender, as an upstanding kind of guy. Roberts added that Virginia went to the billionaire's house in Palm Beach but always returned home after she had massaged the financier.

Virginia eventually got married, lived in Australia and had kids, but she went back to the U.S. in mid-2013. Roberts stresses that he brought up Virginia and his other children to tell the truth all the time.
