An employee from LAX accused French actor Olivier Martinez of assault after the celeb was said to have pushed an empty car seat onto the man to get him out of the way. The man, who tried to snap a few photos of the family with his digital camera, consequently fell backwards onto the ground during the said incident.

The dramatic incident occurred on Sunday afternoon.
Martinez was in the said airport with his wife, Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry, son Maceo and stepdaughter Nahla, Berry's daughter with former partner, model Gabriel Aubry.
The actor was said to have reacted badly towards the employee after the man had gotten too close to his family to take photos. During the said incident, paparazzi were also swarming and bothering the small family.
Although no arrests were made, and a public information officer couldn't confirm the identities of the celebrities involved, he did share with E! News that a male celebrity and his family were indeed involved in the incident, and that they "required assistance from Los Angeles Airport Police after a crowd of photographers and a contract airport employee came too close to the family to take photos".
The officer also shared that the employee had received treatment after he fell, and that he was brought to a local hospital where he sought further medical care after suffering abdominal pains from the assault.
Martinez, Berry and their two children had just returned to the United States after spending Christmas in Paris.
The actor's rep has yet to comment about the incident.
Martinez and Berry started dating in 2010 after they met on the set of the flick, "Dark Tide".
The couple then became engaged in 2012, and consequently tied the knot at an intimate ceremony at Chateau des Conde in Vallery, France in 2014.
