The Samsung Galaxy S6, codenamed Project Zero, is said to deliver killer, unprecedented features. It will not have Samsung's stock templates and will have a reboot instead.

According to reports, the Galaxy S6 will be a completely different Galaxy line. A French tech website showed images that are supposedly the S6 outer shell and it is true, the S6 is a total overhaul of the brand's design language. The Galaxy S6 will be protected by a metal chassis, similar to the Galaxy Alpha.

For a showdown against the Apple iPhone 6, the Samsung Galaxy S6 will have a significantly streamlined TouchWiz, a dramatically improved responsiveness freed more than 1 GB of memory consumption from cold boot.

Samsung is doing everything to make sure that the Galaxy S6 will be a lot better than its predecessor, the Galaxy S5 which failed to meet global sales expectations. Rumor has it that the next Galaxy device will be a true iPhone rival once more. The plan is to give the smartphone a fresh start, which explains its codename Project Zero.

The Galaxy S6 concept includes a QHD display with 2560 x 1440 pixels screen resolution, 64-bit Snapdragon 810 octa-core CPU, Adreno 430 GPU, 20 MP rear camera with 4K video capture, heart rate monitor, fingerprint technology and Android 5.0 Lollipop mobile operating system.

According to rumors, Samsung will offer two curved edges display based on the Galaxy Note Edge's success. If the South Korean tech giant would combine these powerful specs with a premium design that can rival the best handsets on the market, Android vendors would be forced to compete with it in the high-end category.
