The new line of Samsung Galaxy A devices is making waves in the tech industry, as the Korean smartphone maker released Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 handsets. After the A3 and A5, Samsung announced the high-end Galaxy A7 with the Galaxy E5.
Reports said that the Galaxy A7 will be Samsung's thinnest smartphone in history. The specs include a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display with 1,080 x 1,920 screen resolution and a metallic unibody design. The smartphone is said to be 6.3 mm in thickness, 0.4 mm thinner than the Galaxy Alpha and Galaxy A5.

The Galaxy A7 has a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chip and an octa-core processor which is clocked at 1.5 GHz. The handset also has 2 GB of RAM with 16 GB internal storage and LTE support. It will have a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2,600 mAh battery unit. It reportedly costs about $420.
Meanwhile, Samsung is doing everything to make sure that the Galaxy S6 will be a lot better than its predecessor, the Galaxy S5 which failed to meet global sales expectations. Rumor has it that the next Galaxy device will be a true iPhone rival once more. The plan is to give the smartphone a fresh start, which explains its codename Project Zero.
The Galaxy S6 concept includes a QHD display with 2560 x 1440 pixels screen resolution, 64-bit Snapdragon 810 octa-core CPU, Adreno 430 GPU, 20 MP rear camera with 4K video capture, heart rate monitor, fingerprint technology and Android 5.0 Lollipop mobile operating system.
According to speculations, Samsung will offer two curved edges display based on the Galaxy Note Edge's success. If the South Korean tech giant would combine these powerful specs with a premium design that can rival the best handsets on the market, Android vendors would be forced to compete with it in the high-end category.
