Hong Kong actress Grace Chan is the most successful actress in the cast of the recently concluded TV series, Raising The Bar.
Prior to being cast in the hit legal drama, she earned the title of Miss Hong Kong 2013 and has her own share of subsequent TV projects. However, the 23 year old beauty doesn't want to be typecast as someone with 'beauty and brains' forever and is open to venturing more daring roles, according to Jaynestars News.

"I want to use my efforts to become a serious actress who is always improving. I want to go down the hardworking route," says Grace.
Grace also verbalized that though her Chinese accent is not that perfect, she still finds a great passion in acting. Grace is willing to sacrifice time to make her script reading flawless.
"My parents helped a lot in that," says Grace, who puts in a lot of effort in her character.
"Grace is born to be in this industry," says her co-star Moon Lau, who describes Grace as a hardworking and energetic actress.
When everyone is exhausted with shooting, Grace was still hyperactive and described as someone cheerful and talkative.
While Grace is known to excel at throwing her lines, her co-star Jeannie Chan, sees herself as someone who struggles with dialogue on the set.
Jeannie plays a barrister, which also requires an extensive background of professional terms to portray the role perfectly.
Jeannie committed a lot of outtakes during court scenes and co-star Stephanie Ho was quick to defend that Jeannie's line were always bombarded with professional jargon.
When all three women, Jeannie, Stephanie and Moon Lau were asked if they were jealous of Grace Chan's rising fame when 'Raising the Bar' aired on television, they unanimously said no.
"We're actually more worried of Grace's health! She isn't getting enough rest and not eating enough," replied the three women.
The four actresses' career catapulted into stardom when they starred in the legal drama but they are taking things slowly, one step at a time.
