Actor Jamie Dornan, best known for his portrayal of Christian Grey in the hit film Fifty Shades of Grey was playing golf, moments after it was confirmed that he will be earning seven figures for the film's sequel.
The 32-year old was spotted sporting faded black jeans and a teal sweater while he carried a bag full of golf clubs. Jamie and his co-star Dakota Johnson only earned a mere US$250,000 each for the first Fifty Shades film. Unfortunately, the duo did not receive any backend compensation even after the film made more than US$550 million at the global box office.

An industry insider has explained that the US$250,000 payday that the two actors received was a very basic starter deal for a film franchise and has compared the Fifty Shades franchise contract to that of Twilight and The Hunger Games, "I assure you their salaries will be much higher in the next two films" he said.
The news has delighted Dornan's fans, he was first reported to have backed out of the sequel due to his wife being uncomfortable about him filming sex scenes, but the rumour was quickly dismissed by the actors publicist who released a statement saying "Jamie is very much delighted that the film is doing well in the box office and while the studio has not officially confirmed a sequel, he is looking forward to filming the next one."
Aside from the Fifty Shades sequel, the actor has also been reported to have landed a lead role in the upcoming wartime film called Anthropoid that is set to start shooting in July.
