Cleveland Cavaliers superstar Lebron James will be undergoing knee surgery following a win against the Orlando Magic (123-108).
Even with Kevin Love on the sidelines resting up, James, Kyrie Irving, and J.R. Smith pooled their efforts for a total of 79 points in last Sunday's win. However, not everything went as smooth as it seems as James tweaked his right knee in the second half of the game.

It has been a nagging injury throughout most of James' time in the current National Basketball Association (NBA) season.
Fouling the Magic's Dewayne Dedmon while trying to block the forward's shot with 8:13 remaining on the clock, James landed awkwardly on the floor and got his right leg caught underneath his body. The 30-year old veteran said that it was a scary moment for himself.
Despite the pain though, James scolded his teammates as the situation took place during a defensive breakdown of the team.
While he was still able to finish the game --- with 21 points, 13 assists, and eight rebounds in 35 minutes on the floor --- he will seek treatment and see how he feels on Monday.
Sources close to the situation state that the injury is not serious and they are merely taking precuations for the long term approach.
Head Coach David Blatt has done well to limit James' minutes when he needs rest, but ailments and injuries have been around for the Cavaliers superstar.
Earlier in the season, James missed eight games due to a complication in his knee. Throughout the stretch, the Cavaliers only went 1-7.
Still, James simply happy that he was able to finish the game and stay on the floor with his teammates even though he fell in such a way.
If the injury is serious, James may miss his second opportunity to play against his old team, the Miami Heat.
