Judge James R. Bradlin determined that the singer did not violate probation, after doing a thorough review on Brown's probation report, according to Jane Robison, spokesman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney.
Brandlin recently revoked Brown's probation two months ago after the singer violated court orders by leaving Los Angeles County and was present at the time there was a shooting incident at a nightclub in San Jose.
Brown completed his sentence of 1,000 hours worth of community service, which was ordered when he committed a crime of physical assault against Rihanna last August 2009. Brown was also ordered to attend classes about domestic violence.
The assault was one of the headlines that made waves across the country. Rihanna's bruised and swollen face, taken by the Los Angeles Police Department was leaked and uploaded in various social media websites worldwide.
Being a youth icon at that time, the assault caused him to have a temporary hiatus on his career. His criminal record was clean until he was involved in the case. As a consequence, Brown was pulled out from several endorsements at the peak of the assault case.
However, Brown's legal troubles didn't end there.
The singer was also involved in a case where he was involved in an alleged hit and run and driving without license.
He also violated his probation outside a Washington D.C. hotel last May 2014.
This prompted Brandlin to extend Brown's probation until January 25.
Brown is diagnosed as a bipolar, when he walked out of a therapy session and threw a rock towards his mother's car window, according to court records.
"I'm off the probation! Thank the Lord," said the 25 year old singer through his official Twitter account.
