Singer Taylor Swift is well known for her love songs, which can be inspiring or can speak of heartbreak. If there's a new song released, we definitely know that something is up with her love life.

But the 'Blank Space' singer expresses that almost everyone has a wrong interpretation of it and she feels embarrassed to be perceived as 'Boy Crazy', according to an interview with Glamour UK, Access Hollywood reports.

Swift verbalized that the media is sending a wrong message to the public all these years and with the notion that she is not allowed to date for fun nor experience heartbreak to learn valuable lessons.

"I'm only allowed to date if it's a lasting, multiple year relationship," said Swift, who also added that if her relationships don't last she is immediately labeled a serial dater or someone who is 'boy crazy'.

The singer also expresses that when she's seen talking to guy, people interpret it as the singer making her first move in men. She further added that if the beginning of every story of love life is fabricated, then for sure the outcome of it is also fabricated as well.

However, the singer is also in no hurry to start over a new romance now. She stresses that 'with romance, there is no easy for her' and the 'Shake It Off' singer would rather spend time with her girl friends rather than focus on love life.

A busy schedule is also one of the reasons why her love life is currently put on hiatus. For now, she revealed that she enjoys her independence and the good times shared with her closest friends.

Though she feels disheartened of her previous relationships being put out there as an entitlement for people to misjudge her.

"That's public humiliation, I don't think that's fair," said Swift.
