In a shocking move, the Islamic militants strengthen their foot prints in Iraq by capturing the Local Government headquarters in the city of Ramadi.
On Friday, the Islamic State Militants raised their black flag over the local government headquarters in the Iraqi city of Ramadi. The militants announced their victory over the mosque loudspeakers. According to Theglobeandtime, the militants overran most of the areas in the Western provincial capital and finally claimed their victory. Soon after the win, the militants proudly claimed their victory by raising their flag over the mosque in the city. However, the increasing footprint of the militants is emerging as a cause of concern amongst the American world.

Reports also claim that the fall of Ramadi is actually one of the major seizures by militant groups in the region.
The insurgents started pouring into the region last year, and ever since, the paramilitary forces have been reportedly trying to push them back but it looks like the militants have finally registered their first big win in the region.
Meanwhile, Yahoo contradicted and claimed that the government has said that the city of Ramadi has not yet fallen. The government said that it was planning a major counter offensive against the terrorist and was confident of claiming back their land. The leader had already initiated meetings with the top security officials, planning the attack against the insurgents.
Additionally, the news item also said that the group had themselves claimed the responsibility of the attack. The attack happened at 2 pm on Friday when the insurgents broke into the building and even blew up the adjacent set-ups, causing a lot of hustle-bustle amongst the inhabitants.
After the offensive attack by the militants, the people started moving out of the city to safeguard themselves.
