(Photo : Reuters) In a joint conference, U.S. and China are talking about sanctions against North Korea, asking them to denuclearize.
According to United States Secretary of State John Kerry, the United States is talking with China implementing more sanction versus North Korea, as the reclusive nation is taking steps to continue its nuclear weapons programs.
The Guardian reported that Kerry further discussed that the U.S. is negotiating with South Korean capital, offering them the opportunity to develop relationship in exchange for signs of a true willingness to end its nuclear plans, Radio Australia reported.

He added that as of this day, specifically with current provocations, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) is not even close to the criteria; however, South Korea pursues with their ballistic and nuclear weapons.
The nation is already under heavy U.S. European Union (EU) and United Nations (UN) sanctions for its nuclear and missile tests. It is said that the aim to make North Korea denuclearize lets the international community to unite for now. The pending nuclear agreement with Iran could be an example to North Korea, said reports.
U.S and China will also focus on economic and security negotiation with the Chinese in Washington D.C. in June.
Radio Australia reported that Kerry did not further discussed on probable measures and it was not clear whether he was pointing to rulings done by the U.N. or the two powers.
The U.N. General Assembly has suggested that North Korea be charged to the tribunal for crimes versus humanity, after the inquiry happened in U.N. for abuses done in their country such as use of torture and prison camps.
On the contrary, Hong Lei, Chinese Foreign Ministry representative did not give any comment on Kerry's announcement. China has a record of declining strong moves against North Korea, by signing U.N. Security Council's resolutions on veto power. Hong reiterated that his country is calling out the entire Korean peninsula to stop nuclear testing.
