"Bedlam" is reportedly taking the inspiration from Christopher Brookmyre's novel for its next instalment, which will be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC. This version will be released on August 4 for Playstation and Xbox One while it will dominate the Windows PC on August 13.
"Bedlam" is basically a game about a game. "Bedlam" is a shooter game which showcases a Tron sort of a premise and the gamers take over the role of programmers while playing it. The protagonist Heather made her debut in the FPS release of the digital game "Starfire" in the year 1990.

The plot of "Starfire" is beautifully blended into the plot of "Bedlam," which revolves around Heather Quinn, a programmer, who gets trapped in the gaming world of this first person shooter game, as per Polygon. She breaks from the "Starfire" and enters this interconnected web of gaming worlds and is constantly made to shoot things in the face.
During her time, which is spent trapped in the game world, Heather discovers a huge realm of worlds which are complicatedly interconnected, adding to the confusion and difficulty levels of the gameplay. These game worlds document the evolution of the FPS genre in general, according to Just Gaming News. They will test the gamers' level of precision and expertise when they are playing the game.
This game is the source of well-received enthusiasm and love for over 18 months now, which is pushing the developers to create one of the best novel inspired instalments of it this season. The entire team of Red Bedlam is putting in a lot of effort in transforming the game verse of "Bedlam" into an actual screen game. Their hardwork will pay off when the gamers enjoy the game and complete the mission, citing multiple reports.
FPS is also working on another title named "Jet Set Willy" which is still under the development stage. Not a lot is known about the new developing title as the developers want it to emerge to a great reception.
The game is currently available on Steam as an Early Access Title.
