It was popular South Korean actor Lee Min Ho's 28th birthday on June 22. He celebrated the day by singing a thank you song. Min Ho wanted to repay the love of his millions of fans through this song.

"My 20s were happy because there were the fans who have been at my side since my debut," Asia One quoted Min Ho as saying via his agency Starhaus Entertainment. The song "Thank You" conveys his appreciation and love for his fans.

The lyrics of the song were written by Min Ho, and music producer Hwang Chan Hee composed the song. Chan Hee also had composed Min Ho's first full album -- and the only album till date -- "My Everything" in 2013.

"Thank You" opens with these lines: "I didn't know, Before we met ... What it meant to be loved ... I know it now. Because of you. Thanks to you, I'm a new man."

In addition to that, the South Korean actor, who enjoys huge popularity in China too, shared two photos of himself surrounded by gifts on his Instagram account. Both the captions said "Thank you."

Min Ho first shot to fame when he portrayed the role of rich, spoilt-brat Gu Jun Pyo on hugely popular Korean drama "Boys Over Flowers" that aired in 2009. The drama broke television rating records and Min Ho became one of the most recognized Hallyu stars across the world. The actor has also starred in dramas such as "City Hunter" (2011) and "The Heirs" (2013).

Meanwhile, Min Ho will be soon starring in "Bounty Hunters," which is one of the most expensive Chinese-South Korean co-production. According to the actor, he is playing a clever, reckless martial arts character in the action-adventure "Bounty Hunters." Hong Kong actress Karena Ng has been cast opposite him. The production is expected to begin in August, and the film will be shot in China, South Korea, Thailand, and Hong Kong. The film is scheduled to release in 2016.

Min Ho has also starred in films such as "Gangnam Blues" (2015); "Public Enemy Returns" (2008). The actor has yet to announce his next project on television.
