Samsung has been one of the dominating force in the smartphone manufacturing market and the tech giant is reportedly looking forward to release their next generation phone Samsung Galaxy S7.

The Galaxy S6 is still a hot topic for the fans but the next big deal are the rumors regarding the Galaxy S7. Several reports have claimed that the Samsung Galaxy S7 will follow similar design like its predecessor, where the use of glass and metal will be parallel. The earlier S6 design was praised globally and the consumers also accepted the smartphone positively; however, Samsung will be looking forward to keep the reputation intact with the upcoming Galaxy S7 smartphone.

It is speculated that the Galaxy S7 will feature 4K resolution, utilizing the same high tech resolution present in the Note 5. Samsung always maintains high restrictions to avoid leaks of their new products.

It is said that a comment from a Samsung insider hints that Samsung will return to Qualcomm chipset for the next generation smartphones. Reports also indicates th0at Samsung and Qualcomm has partnered to produce Snapdragon 820 processor.

Moreover, several reports also claimed that S7 might also run with 64-bit Exynos processor. The upcoming handset will have a 4GB of RAM unit while its internal storage might allow 128GB free space. It is said that there will be no expandable storage facility like its predecessor. The device will have USB type C Connector plus an embedded SIM(e-SIM) facility, Breathecast reported.

The camera department might be the key development while compared to the Galaxy S6. It is speculated that the upcoming Galaxy S7 might sport 30MP rear camera sensor and 10MP front camera shooter, assisted by the GigaPixel feature for extra sharp image quality. According to GSMARENA, the previous version has 16MP rear shooter along with an 5MP front camera sensor. As stated in the Ecumenical News, the Galaxy S7 will be allegedly waterproof and dustproof.

Samsung usually releases their S series smartphone in the Mobile World Congress(MWC) event, therefore, if the company sticks to their typical schedule, fans can expect to have the Galaxy S7 in the MWC held from Feb. 22-25, 2016 at Barcelona, Spain.
