'Tekken 7' Rumors: Online Version To Be Added; PS4, Xbox One Launch To Happen Soon After Arcade Tests!

It was previously reported that "Tekken" creator Katsuhiro Harada stated during the EVO 2015 event that "Tekken 7's" development is going rather smoothly as both Bandai Namco and the Tekken team are polishing for the arcades before its release in the game consoles.

Ecumenical News reported that Bandai Namco has been undergoing several arcade test locations for "Tekken 7" in every "Dave and Buster's" and "Round 1" venues across the United States. Bandai Namco has been busy this month collecting precious data and feedbacks from the U.S. gaming fans who have experienced "Tekken 7" for the first time in the arcades.

Harada and his team have been dead set on getting more amounts of data from the initial arcade test in order to come up with ideas and improvements for "Tekken 7," before shifting his attention on developing the game in the PS4 and Xbox One consoles, KpopStarz reported.

The website further adds that an online version for "Tekken 7" will likely be added in the arcades if the demand for it rises since Harada noted that the arcade availabilty nowadays will depend on the operators, as to whether they will still invest on the machines and join the local tests.

MNRDaily further adds that Japanese players who have played "Tekken 7" have been encouraged by Bandai Namco to share their thoughts and opinions when they played the game for the first time. Bandai Namco seized to opportunity to rely on their feedback and get as much information as possible in order to make the necessary improvements.

Bandai Namco further hinted that they will still add six new characters to complete "Tekken 7's" roster as they will provide updates regarding these unknown fighters very soon.

"Tekken 7" is the seventh and a possible final installment of the "Tekken" game series. Gamers will have a chance play their favorite characters such as Jin, Kazuya, Xiaoyu, Paul Phoenix, Marshall Law, Hwoarang, Asuka, Lili, King, Yoshimitsu and many more.

Eight new characters are also making their debut within the series such as Claudio, Jose Rizal, Katarina,Gigas, Lucky Chloe, Shaheen and Kazumi Mishima.

It was reported before that female character within "Tekken 7" will receive new in-game costumes based on another game from Bandai Namco - "IDOLM@STERS" - as part of the game's 10th anniversary as well as "Tekken's" 10th anniversary.

So far there is no offcial word as to when "Tekken 7" will be release for PS4 and Xbox One, and rumors of a PC version will happen after consoles versions are out in the market.
