According to the Latinos Post, that Reddit username "AnonDN1978" has revealed several new game details for "Red Dead Redemption 2," which is rumored to be titled "Red Dead Redemption: Legends of the West."

The website pointed out that the AnonDN1978 was upset about his boss which resulted to him spilling out any leaked information about the "Red Dead Redemption 2" project. He stated that the game will launch in the new generation consoles - the PlayStation4 and Xbox One and the PC platfrom.
The game's plot will happen 12 years before the original game and it will have three new playable characters, since James Marston will be out in the sequel, or rather prequel.
Moviepilot reported that two names were already revealed as Seth and Irish, while the third playable character is said to be a free roam. Seth is from Kansas City and works as a bank teller as he moved to Texas with his family using his life savings when he heard rumors of gold in the area, Irish is from Ireland and will move to America at the age of 15 and moves to the game's setting when he is 21-years-old.
CrossMaps previously reported that Rockstar was already interested in making new sequels from their past video game titles such as "Bully," "L.A. Noire" and "Red Dead Redemption." Rockstar CEO Strauss Zelnick already confirmed that they are planning to have the "Red Dead" games as a new franchise and would like the same success as their "Grand Theft Auto" series, or possibly even surpass it in the future.
Segment reports that Take-Two Games president Karl Slatoff has announced that they will be launching unnamed video game titles during its future fiscal year. Take-Two has been the distributor from the following games such as "Borderlands," "Miami," "Xcom" and "Red Dead Redemption," so it is likely that "RDR2" is in the works since "Borderlands 3" and Xcom 2" are on there way.
Venture Capital Post noted that since "Red Dead Redemption" for the Xbox One is still soaring high for gamers, it is not a bad idea to have "Read Dead Redemption 2" in the works for the consoles and the PC platform, as fans are begging to see a sequel to the popular western video game.
It is was reported before that "Red Dead Redemption 2" could be out on 2016, although Rockstar has not yet made a statement regarding the rumored launch date.
