Good news gaming fans as new updates for Square Enix's latest Final Fantasy title "Final Fantasy XV" have been revealed regarding its launch date and Stella's fate in the game.
According to VG 24/7, Square Enix will likely announce the official released date of "Final Fantasy XV" for the PlayStation 4 at this year's PAX Prime event, during its "FFXV Active Time Report" segment. The PAX Prime event will take place in Seattle, Washington on August 28 to 31 as Square Enix will feature other video game titles such as "Just Cause 3," the "Hitman" sequel, "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" and "Final Fantasy XIV."

CrossMaps noted that the PAX Prime event could very well answer the burning question as to what month will "Final Fantasy XV" be released for next next year. Game director Hajime Tabata stated before that the development of "Final Fantasy XV" will be finish before the year 2016 ends and clarified that it will not be launch on 2017 in both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
The website further adds that Tabata might have other plans for the character Stella in the game. Stella was supposed to be part of "Final Fantasy XV" as Noctis' possible love interest and prophesied adversary in the game's main plot line, but she was instead replaced by Luna.
Square Enix felt that the female character needed some changes and this should be handled delicately as the Stella was instantly loved by gaming fans when she was introduced several years back.
"As long as it does not fit perfectly, it should not be included in the game, we think," Tabata stated. "The Important thing is to make the best FFXV game that it can be."
Tabata futher adds that he understands what the fans want and they will give it to them without installing something inappropriate with violence.
Master Herald reportedly claimed that Square Enix will finish off the game as soon as possible so that there will not by anymore delayes in "Final Fantasy XV's" intended launch date.
It was previously reported that "Final Fantasy XV" will feature two types of magics as characters can activate them by using the special rings that each character wears. Tabata hints that the other form of magic will be exlcusive only to the Lucis family, meaning Noctis can only wield it.
It was also hinted that a PC version of "Final Fantasy XV" could happen soon as many PC gamers made a petition in Change.Org asking Square Enix to reconsider the idea, Franchise Herald reported.
"Final Fantasy XV" will be release on 2016 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
