Fake Pic of Princess Diana at Princess Charlotte’s Christening Goes Viral

A photograph of Princess Diana cooing over her granddaughter standing next to the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton has gone viral. In original photograph Middleton is seen at the St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham, Norfolk on July 5, cradling her newborn daughter, Princess Charlotte, in her arms.

The occasion was the royal baby's christening held at the church at Queen Elizabeth II's estate in Norfolk.
The original photograph showed Princess Diana bowing to speak to Mother Teresa, the foundress of the Missionaries of Charity. She met Mother Teresa briefly at her residence at Bronx in New York. This was just a few months before the she was tragically killed in a brutal car accident in 1997.
Although it is not yet clear, however this photograph was shared by a royal fan royal fan Mary Kohnke in her Facebook page. "No I did not make the photo, I wish I knew who did. I am a fan of the royal family and it's my dream to meet them someday," said the fan. She added that she did not expect that the photograph would go viral. The photograph has reportedly been shared 268,000 times on Facebook and gained more than 31,330 likes.
There have been lots of reactions from fans. One of them wished that it would have been great had it been real, some said they missed Princess Diana. Many people have liked the photograph which is there on social media, while some others found it to be "creepy."
Meanwhile, Diana's sons, Prince William and Prince Harry have ensured that the memories of their mother are always there with them. Both the sons and even Middleton has honored the late princess in several ways.
William and Kate chose to name their daughter as Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, the last name as a tribute to Di. Besides, St Mary Magdalene Church is the same place where Diana was baptised about 60 years back.
This apart, Mario Testino, Diana's favorite photographer was roped in as the official photographer of the baby's christening. Testino has clicked William and Kate during their engagement. Besides, he had captured Diana for her Vanity Fair photoshoot in 1997. The iconic images turned out to be the last official portraits taken of Diana before her untimely death later that year.
