HTC One M9 is the latest model in the HTC One series which was released in March 2015. A lot is spoken about the model since its testing phase before the release as the phone has been met with great appreciation and satisfaction.

HTC One M9 comes with 5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 resolution, while its super LCD3 capacitive touch screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4, Forbes reported.

The device is designed to fit effortlessly into one's grip with its ergonomically tapered mirrored edges in a dual tone metal body, which also features a traditional unibody back. The phone runs with Quad core Cortex A53 CPU clocked at 1.5 GHz as well as with Quad core Cortex-A57 CPU clocked at 2 GHz.

Supported operating system is the upgraded version of Android Lollipop while its chipset and GPU are Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810 and Adreno 430, respectively. The smartphone comes with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage while the storage can be further increased externally through micro SD card slot of up to 128 GB.

HTC has officially stated that the traditional camera quality continues with a 20 MP rear camera which features auto focus, geo tagging, dual LED flash, panorama, HDR and face detection, while the front camera is of 4 MP that supports HDR. Videos can be captured with 2160p, 1080p, 720p at the rate of 30fps, 60fps, 120fps, respectively. As GSMarena states, the non-removable battery is of 2840 mAh which has a stand-by time of up to 391 hours for 2G and up to 402 hours for 3G, while its talk time is of up to 25 hours 20 minutes for 2G and 21 hours 50 minutes for 3G.

On the other hand, connectivity of the handset is defined by Wi-Fi 802.11, Bluetooth v4.1, micro USB v2.0 as well as GPS, NFC and infrared port.
