It looks like new details and rumors for the Arrow/Flash spin off "Legends of Tomorrow" have been revealed regarding new villains in the series and Falk Hentchel becoming a regular cast member.
Dipatch Times reports that "Legends of Tomorrow" executive producer Phil Klemmer confirmed that Hentchel's character Carter Hall a.k.a. Hawkman will be a series regular character alongside the main cast of The Atom (Brandon Routh), White Canary (Caity Lotz), Firestorm (Victor Garber), Captain Cold (Wensworth Miller) etc.

The website furher adds that Hawkman will first make his presence in both "Arrow" season 4 and "The Flash" season 2 before appearing in "Legends of Tomorrow" as past reports speculated that certain events within both shows will be a key element to set up the plot details for pilot episode.
Klemmer futher adds that the show will also feature the romance between Hentchel's character and Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee).
"The way we've imagined them is that they've obvioulsy reincarnated through the ages togther," Klemmer said. "But the fact that he remembers their previous lives and she doesn't...it gives them very much like a Bogie & Bacall sort of relationship."
Franchise Herald further adds that Klemmer will likely follow Geoff Jones take on the whole Hawkman/Hawkgirl dynamic to which their relationship is some what sentimental rather than romantic, which they really want to avoid as they rather see them kill each other off instead.
Klemmer also adds that each cast member of the show will be present and if "Legends of Tomorrow" ever became a failure, they will only have one season.
In other news, SuperHype made an interesting piece as to which DC super villains will likely appear on the CW Networks shows like "Arrow", "The Flash" and "Legends of Tomorrow."
The website featured possible villains like Shadow Thief, Hath-Set, the Flying Dutchman, Spider and Scandal Savage. Both Shadow Thief and Hath-Set are connected to both Hawkman and Hawkgirl in the comics, while the Flying Dutchman will likely be seen in the time stream at some point since the theme of the show is about time travel.
Spider being in the show will likely be a pretentious hero by eliminating the competition which will make an interesting dynamic since two villains are part of the team trying to be heroes for now. Scandal Savage is the daughter of Vand Savage, the show's main villain so audiences will likely see in future episodes.
It was previously reported that a new Firestorm tandem could happen in the form of Professor Stein and Jay Jackson (Franz Drameh), and the possibility if having Wally West and Booster Gold appear in the show, although Kremmer confirmed that Booster Gold will not appear in the show, he hints that the character is groomed for something bigger and that "Castle" star Nathan Fillion is interested to play him in a possible future project.
"Legends of Tomorrow" is speculated to premier on January 2016 on the CW Network.
