The MacWorld has leaked information regarding the features of iPad Mini 4, iPad Air 3, and the iPad Pro and they indicate that these devices will be better than their predecessors were. The iPad Mini 4 tablet will have a 7.9-inch display and Mac World information show that the device might be introduced to the market in October 2015.

The device might have an A9 processor, being able to split screen view than the one that iPad Air 2 had. The product is also expected to have an 802.11ac WiFi and a 2GB RAM. It will be thinner and lightweight. In addition to its new features mentioned above, the device will as well have some features of the iPad Air 2, for instance an 8-megapixel iSight camera and the design.

The iPad Air 3 is supposed to launch in October 2015. The structure of the current iPad Air 2 is 6.1 mm slim, the expected to be either slimmer or retain the same size despite the change in design, as per CNet. However, many users of this model are expecting the successor to be similar in size to its predecessor in order to avoid sacrificing strength.  

The greater likelihood is that the device's display will measure 9.7 inches. The predictable iOS colors for the device will be; gold, space grey and silver.

The iPad Air is expected to feature an A9X or A9 processor and a battery that is more powerful. The device is likely to have the ability to multitasking its capabilities and the screen of this device may have coating that is anti-reflective.

The screen display of the upcoming models is likely to have a resolution that is improved. The iPad Air 3 will probably have the same 1.2-megapixel front camera and 8-megapixel rear camera. Memory preference will have multiple options and the choice of the users will depend on their storage requirement.

The models will range from a 16GB, 64 GB to 128GB Wi-Fi versions. There will as well be 3G/cellular versions ranging from 16GB to 128GB.
