According to reports from the Inquisitr, new cast member James Frain will play a much bigger role in "Gotham" season 2 as his character Theo Galavan will have a unique relationship with the young Bruce Wayne in the show.

Theo Galavan is one of the two major villains healining "Gotham" season alongside his sister Tabitha Galavab a.k.a. Tigress in the comics played by Jessica Lucas."Gotham's" executive producer Danny Cannon stated that Theo Galavan entrance in the show will be that of a "prodigal son" returning to his home, Gotham and will influence and empower some of the villains such as Oswald Cobblepot and Edward Nygma to be more than what they are.

Theo Galavan's back story "Gotham" season 2 revealed that his family came from "ancient roots" and has established a great foundation in Gotham City, but underneath it is a sinister and insidious plot to destroy the city itself to make a new.

With that in mind, Theo Gallivan will be a dangerous player in "Gotham" season 2, but several fans speculated that this version of Theo could be another Batman character hiding his real name. The website claimed that Theo could be another live-action version of Ra's Al Ghul in "Gotham" season 2, although the website noted that such a revelation could be "premature" for the showrunners.

Matthew Nable previiously played the role of Ra's Al Ghul in "Arrow" season 3, could this mean that the League of Assassin's make an appearance within the show?

In other news, the Christain Post reports that the young Bruce Wayne actor David Mazouz revealed several details about what is going happen to character during season 2.

Mazouz shared that Bruce will eventually learn more about his family's company and its well hidden secrets especially when he found out his father's secret cave at the end of season 1.

"Its going to change the course of his while life entirely and every aspect of his life, along with it," Mazouz told Den of Geek during an interview. "He's going to learn a lot about Wayne Enterprises. And will bring him closer to finding out who killed his parents."

Mazouz also teased a possible love triangle between him, Selena Kyle (Camren Bicondova) and Silver St, Cloud (Natalie Alyn Lind) hinting that this could be something interesting since she cited Selena as "been mean" to him and he has Silver in his life.

He is also excited for Bruce's slow change as Gotham's savior, Batman in the show's future developments as "training is on the rise" for him in season 2.

Screenrant reports that Fox has released a new promo for "Gotham" season 2 highlighting several key characters such as Penguin, Riddler and the rumored new Joker, Jerome.
