Microsoft officially confirmed that Xbox One users will be able to pre-order and pre-load several digital games. During the Gamescom briefing, Xbox head Phil Spencer said that the option will start with FIFA 15 on Sept. 26 and Forza Horizon 2 on Sept. 30 this fall.
In June, Sony debuted its pre-loading feature for PlayStation 4 but by then, Spencer was still not sure about the pre-loading on Xbox One. Microsoft may still revive some Xbox One digital features such as family sharing in the future.

When Xbox One was released, one of the main complaints online was the lack of DLNA support and USB for media files. Microsoft planned to make the device the focal point of a living room where people would watch movies, play video games and view TV but it removed a feature that many loved on the Xbox 360. However, Microsoft may add Snap Center which will supposedly make it easier to access multi-tasking features such as messages, friends, achievements and parties while in-game.
The Xbox Cloud power may be more than just the dedicated servers. Predictions include a possible Microsoft cloud gaming discussion. The company may also take advantage of Gamescom this year to make an impression on cloud gaming while PlayStation Now is receiving flak for its rental pricing.
Meanwhile, Xbox One just announced that there will be no more price cut but Amazon Italy is currently offering a good deal for those who haven't bought the next generation Microsoft console. Germany, France and Italy are all enjoying the discounted price for the bundled Kinect 2.0 and Xbox One which now costs €399.99 from €499.99 in Italy, €450.26 in France and €439.00 in Germany.
