A Playboy model has filed a lawsuit on Tuesday against famous comedian Bill Cosby for allegedly sexually assaulting her several years ago. Cosby is facing a string of legal suits from various women who claim that he assaulted them.

In her statement, Chloe Goins claims to have met Cosby at the Playboy mansion in 2008. Goins says that she started feeling sick when the comedian gave her something to drink. When they were in a room alone, she lost consciousness.

By the time she woke up, her clothes were gone and she reportedly saw Cosby biting at her toe. When she asked him what he was doing, the actor left the room.

As a result of the incident, Goins said that she suffered mentally and felt ashamed. She is now suing Cosby for damages due to the negative psychological impact caused by the comedian.

So far, two other lawsuits have been filed against Cosby in connection with numerous sexual assault. One of the lawsuit involves a demand for compensation over defamation after Cosby reportedly issued a statement that basically accused several of the complainants of lying.

Another Playboy model Judy Huth has also sued Cosby for molesting her at the Playboy mansion. The assault allegedly took place more than 40 years ago and Huth was only 15 years old at the time. Counsels for the accused and the victims are currently arguing the merits if the case.

Although many women are accusing Cosby of sexual assault, most of them can no longer file a case against him because U.S. laws places limits on the length of time a crime committed can be prosecuted.

As for the legal case filed by Goins, Cosby's counsel said that the allegation has no basis since the comedian says he was not at the Playboy mansion at the time the supposed assault took place.

The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles. Prosecutors have announced that they are still investigating the allegations. Goins is scheduled to talk to the local police about the incident early next year.
