A leader of the Syrian Community in New York City believes that the ISIS has already landed on American soil, according to New York Post.
57-year-old Arafat Succar of Brooklyn believes that the ISIS militants got into in the country by posing as civil war refugees and have joined the sleeper cells. The same report said Bay Ridge in Brooklyn has become the home of the many Syrian refugees.

"I believe the terrorists from Syria have been coming into the United States, not only in the past few years, but way before that," said Succar. "I think they're already at work."
Succar immigrated to the U.S. when he was 10. He also said that getting legal documents by bribing is easy because of the widespread corruption in the country.
"You can go to the Syrian government today and say to them, 'I need a piece of paper that says I'm Tony Caterpillar.' And they give it to you," he said as cited by New York Post.
He noted that the documents obtained from the Syrian government officials are not forged. The documents are made by the government employees who are in need of food and money for their own families.
"Succar's frightening theory comes amid a new video from ISIS, threatening an attack on New York City," stated the Daily Mail.
ISIS once again made headlines as they released another video containing threats to attack New York City. Earlier this week, the terror group also warned in a video that they will attack the U.S. capital Washington D.C. and Europe.
