It ought to be recalled that Lord Commander of the Night's Watch Snow faced mutiny from his brethren who stabbed him mercilessly. It is unclear whether Snow was killed, but his wounds were serious enough to fire off rumors about his apparent death.

However, when the "Game of Thrones" Season 6 started shooting in Belfast, Snow was spotted among the acting crew. This led credence to the theory that maybe he had survived the mutiny and his apparent death by some miracle. Many fans believe that the Red Woman may have been instrumental in bringing him back to life, as per Elite Daily.

Rumors also abound that Snow was shooting for a major fighting scene with Ramsay Bolton. Some "Game of Thrones" Season 6 spoilers indicate that he may take revenge for his sister Sansa, who is married to Bolton, according to the Telegraph.

In other related news, "Game of Thrones" author George R. R. Martin has revealed that he is planning a major twist for readers. Fans are speculating that Snow being alive is the twist that Martin is referring to in the upcoming book "Winds of Winter."

The "Winds of Winter" release date is still uncertain. There are rumors that it will be put out after the premiere of "Game of Thrones" Season 6.
