Huawei is currently the world's third largest smartphone manufacturer and is best known for its low price range devices. Devices such as the Huawei Honor 7 are currently the top sellers in Eastern markets.
Huawei is also entering into partnerships with other tech giants to jointly release devices, for example the Huawei Nexus 6P. Partnering up with Google helped Huawei to kill two birds with one stone. Huawei's hardware got tied up with Google's brand cache and because of that, its marketing power increased, adding profits to the company.
The Huawei Mate 8 is rumored to be equipped with a 6 inch Full HD display screen along with a Kirin 950 chipset. It is also rumored to come equipped with a 16 mega pixel rear camera along with an 8 mega pixel front camera.
The device is expected to be powered with a 4000mAh battery and also the Android Marshmallow operating system out of the box. It is also expected to come with the Huawei EMUI 4.0 overlay. The device is expected to be made available in Champagne Gold, Space Gray, Moonlight Silver, and also Mocha Brown color options.
As for the storage configurations for the Huawei Mate 8, it is expected to include 3 GB of RAM along with 32 GB of internal storage. The price of the device is yet to be revealed, but it is expected to be budget friendly.
