TV Show 'A Love for Separation' Spoilers: Hai Qing and Huang Lei Will Portray Hardships Faced by Chinese Students Abroad

China is set to get a new TV show which is based on the life of students who go abroad to study. The up-and-coming TV series will focus on the rising trend among Chinese teenagers of going abroad to study.
The TV series is called "A Love for Separation," and will have 36 episode. It will document the the joys and sorrows of three families in China who send their middle school children to the West to further their education.

TV stars Hai Qing and Huang Lei are part of the cast of the show. On top of sporting a stellar star cast, the show will also cater to local interests.
The recently concluded 2015 Beijing TV Program Market & Exhibition focused a lot of attention on students. This series was extremely popular at the exhibition which was held in October, 2015. About 27,000 episodes of a total of 664 television series were featured at this annual exhibition in China.
The lead stars like the famous Chinese-American actress Vivian Wue, were the favorites of the audiences. The audience also liked the entourage of the young star who are casted in the show.
Chinese music band TFBOYS will also star in the series. Director and actor Wang Jun said in his latest interview that the show is adapted from a best selling novel, and they expect the audience to love it. It will portray the changing era and the lives of immigrant young adults, the kind of hardships they face and how they overcome them.
