One of the world's leading consumer electronics manufacturers TCL showcased a range of its innovative products at the recent Consumer Electronics Show 2016 (CES 2016) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

TCL's Quantum Ultra High Definition (QUHD) TV, which was debuted globally at the show, is a QUHD technology-enabled television set which is considered the next-generation smart TV. It was the highlight of the show and sets a new standard in the smart TV market. QUHD TVs will exceed LED TVs in terms of display effects and also surpass OLED TVs in terms of several key metrics such as color purity and definition.

Prior to CES 2016, the company unveiled the X1 QUHD TV; a high-end product equipped with top-line features such as H/K audio, the smart TV+OS system and industry-leading hardware as well as the QUHD technology.

The quantum image quality processing engine as well as several integrated technologies (such as HDR display, intelligent display process engine, signal processing integrated technology, and full partition precise backlight control) delivers excellence in image quality that includes ultra-high contrast, wide color range coverage, extraordinary backlight control, a high luminance dynamic range and accurate color matching.

TCL also showcased some tablets at CES 2016. The PIXI 3 is the first Windows 10 tablet that the company introduced at CES 2016. It has an 8-inch screen with a front and A rear camera, Qualcomm's 4G chip, a GPS system and voice call support. The tablet can be connected to a TV to serve as a remote.

Meanwhile, Tonly Electronics Holdings Limited of TCL also launched various devices at the CES 2016 such as the Tonenic series of IOT devices and audio equipments.
