LeTV's Le Max Pro Smartphone Receives TENAA Certification in China

LeTV's high-end Le Max Pro smartphone recently got certified by the Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center (TENAA) in China, indicating the device's imminent release.
The smartphone, which was unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2016 in Las Vegas last month, is the first device to come with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 820 chipset.

During the CES 2016, the Le Max Pro was awarded the "Best of CES 2016" from Android Authority. It is expected to come with a price tag of about $535.
In terms of the specs, the handset features a 6.33-inch display screen with a 2,560 x 1,440 pixel resolution (WQHD). It runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with EUI 5.5, and sports Qualcomm's Snapdragon Sense ID 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
The Le Max Pro will be available in three variants. One model packs 32GB of internal memory storage, while the other two models have 64GB and 128GB of memory respectively.
As for the camera, the device has a 21 megapixel OIS unit on the back and a 4 megapixel snapper on the front.
Alongside the powerful chipset, the device is equipped with 4GB of RAM and a large 3,400 mAh battery with support for the Quick Charge 2.0. Other features include support for USB Type-C port and NFC connectivity. In terms of the dimensions, the Le Max Pro weighs about 201 grams and measures 167 x 83.4 x 8.95mm.
Last month, LeTV revealed that it sold about 4 million smartphones in 2015, and about 3 million Le 1s units in just over two months.The Chinese online video company entered the mobile business back in April 2015.
