Eric Bledsoe and Goran Dragic could become unrestricted free-agents next season
The Phoenix Suns made one final pitch for Kevin Love hours before the planned blockbuster deal that would send the big man to Cleveland, according to league sources on Thursday.
The Suns inquired once again by offering guard Eric Bledsoe in a sign-and-trade deal. However, according to sources, the Timberwolves and Cavaliers are firm with their agreement about the trade.

Also, the trade for Bledsoe is not possible anymore as Timberwolves president and coach Flip Saunders is already committed to his transaction with the Cavaliers.
Recently, the trade, which is likely to be done on Saturday, involved the Philadelphia 76ers, who would be sending Thaddeus Young to Minnesota.
Andrew Wiggins, the overall top pick in the 2014 NBA draft, is Minnesota's top priority as the rookie has a higher ceiling compared to Bledsoe and will be on much sensible contract for the next few years.
It was not the first time Bledsoe was involved in the Kevin Love lottery. A report from Yahoo Sports' Marc Spears in June stated the Suns' willingness to trade Bledsoe, Goran Drajic, and future picks for the All-Star guard.
Discussions between Bledsoe, a restricted free agent, and the Suns fell apart leading the team to seek all opportunities. The team is also open to about sign-and-trade dialogues with other teams aside from the Timberwolves.
Bledsoe, 24, has been very vocal about seeking a maximum contract worth $85 million. He would also consider a sign-and-trade deal provided that it will be for a $64 million maximum contract for four years.
If Bledsoe is not able to land his desired deal, he plans to sign a one year contract with the Suns for $3.7 million and be an unrestricted free agent next summer.
The Suns' offer, a 4-year, $48 million contract, was rejected by Bledsoe and no development has been reported for weeks.
Bledsoe started a total of 40 out of 43 games averaging 17.7 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game last season. He was out for 39 games to heal a surgically-repaired knee.
