Hollywood star Brad Pitt is set to appear in the highly anticipated Sons of Anarchy prequel amidst rumors that Charlie Hunnam, who played Jax Teller, is struggling as an actor, being overshadowed in the series.
Fans of Sons of Anarchy may have thought that the FX TV series is over after seven seasons, but there is apparently a prequel underway. There are speculations about a Mayan spinoff which will bring the cast together for a reunion in Texas from May 27 to 29.

Charlie Hunnam said in an interview with Men's Journal that Brad Pitt could be playing Jax's father named John Teller and even sounded thrilled. He, however, expressed sadness that his character died on Sons of Anarchy, which also got cancelled. It is still unclear whether he will reprise his Jax Teller role in the prequel or not.
Hunnam's career has been suffering since the end of Sons of Anarchy. He was dropped from the cast of Fifty Shades of Grey where he was supposed to play Christian Grey. Hunnam was offered a role opposite Rosamund Pike in The Mountain Between Us, but it was soon offered to Idris Elba. Rumors have it that he may also back out of The Pacific Rim 2 because of his Green Arrow commitment.
Despite this, Hunnam has reportedly bought a Hollywood Hills mansion measuring 3,200 square foot worth $2.76 million. Early in February, Hunnam was seen looking at the Waterworks showroom on Melrose Place with his girlfriend Morgana McNelis. He was also spotted shopping for expensive kitchen and bathroom fixtures. According to reports, the mansion has a front courtyard with a fountain and vault ceiling with beams, arched doors and Spanish tile floors. It is also said to have an outdoor swimming pool, remote-controlled fireplace and many patios.
