Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note Edge and Galaxy S5 will reportedly receive the Android 6.0 update between March and April. Meanwhile, the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update is already officially available for the unlocked versions of the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge handsets in South Korea and the U.S. The Galaxy S5 is expected to get the Android update in May, along with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8-inch and 9.7-inch variants.

The Samsung Galaxy Alpha, on the other hand, will receive the update in June. The South Korean tech giant is poised to release the update on the Galaxy A7, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A3 2016 editions, while the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge handsets will likely come with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update out of the box.

The Marshmallow update reportedly improves the TouchWiz notification bar and the camera app Pro mode.
