Android 6.0 Marshmallow Update for HTC One M8 to be Released on March 7

Owners of HTC One M8 phones purchased through Verizon can finally enjoy the exciting features of Android 6.0 Marshmallow update as it is set to be released on Monday, March 7.
The much-awaited OS upgrade will already start rolling out to the said HTC One variant on the set schedule, the company's vice president Mo Versi announced.

The Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the HTC One M8 will bring several improvements to the unit's operating system.
The upgraded Google-run OS is expected to give users an improved experience in Live Broadcast and Wi-Fi Calling for HD Voice. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow update will also bring a number of helpful features to the phone.
According to Android, the latest OS upgrade from Google will make your battery work "smarter, not harder."
"Android Marshmallow saves your juice for what matters most," the site claims.
Android phone users with the Marshmallow update can also opt for fingerprint recognition to unlock their device.
The HTC One M8 smartphone was launched in March 2014. The HTC One M10 was released last year and the HTC One M10 is expected to hit the market sometime this year.
