The first full-length trailer of the upcoming movie Ghostbuster is set to debut at The Ellen Show on Thursday. The movie is directed by comedy film maker Paul Feig and stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, and Leslie Jones.
Deviating from the first two Ghostbusters films where the lead characters were all men, Feig's version will have a totally different twist - with women as the main characters.

Bill Murray, who acted in Ghostbusters in 1984, told the Toronto Star in 2014 how he was okay with having women as lead characters in the latest version of the movie, "I am fine with it. I would go to that movie, and they'd probably have better outfits, too," he saod. Murray will appear in a cameo role in the 2016 version.
X-Files star Gillian Anderson has revealed that she wanted to land a role in the film. "Paul Feig, cast me now!" said Anderson, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Anderson was reportedly not been aware of the film and just found out about it recently. She allegedly pleaded to have a role in the movie - but was turned down.
Even Pitch Perfect comedienne Rebel Wilson showed interest in the film last December during an interview with Today. "I would even do that without the money truck. I'd do that for free," said Wilson.
The movie revolves around four people, whose expertise lie in the fields of nuclear engineering and the paranormal. Their lives gets all intertwined when ghosts and other unknown entities invade their hometown New York. This eventually leads to them solving mysterious phenomena that expose the evil works of some characters in the movie.
The cast of the latest Ghostbusters includes actors Chris Hemsworth, Neil Casey, Andy Garcia, and Michael K. Williams. It will also feature Ozzy Osborne, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Annie Potts, and Sigourney Weaver in cameo roles.
Ghostbusters is distributed by Columbia Pictures and is set to hit the UK cinemas on July 15th. It reportedly had a budget of $154 million.
