Chinese tech giant OPPO has announced that its selfie expert device - the F1 - is now available in Thailand for the price of THB 13,950 ($397).

OPPO's latest flagship F Series smartphones, which focuses on photography, has been praised by many teach experts due to its impressive photo capturing capabilities and descent specification. Of all the phones in the series, the F1 model really stands out as it is built for selfies.

In terms of design, the OPPO F1 looks slim and sleek as it only weighs just 134g. The smartphone has a 5-inch HD IPS display screen with tapered corners. It is a great blend of the metal and glass. The glass is made from Corning Gorilla Glass 4 technology. A standard notification LED light is placed on the top right hand corner.

With regards to the hardware specification of the device, the OPPO F1 is powered by a Snapdragon 616 processor paired with 3 GB of RAM on board. In terms of the camera, the OPPO F1 smartphone has a 13-megapixel main camera with an aperture of f/2.2 and a single LED flash. It is powered with a non-removable 2500 mAh capacity battery. A speaker grille is located at the bottom of the device.

The OPPO F1 handset can support dual SIM, although this is of the hybrid type so users will have to decide if they want a second SIM or a microSD card. In terms with the device memory, the handset comes with a built-in 16 GB internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card slot.

The OPPO F1 smartphone is currently available in Thailand in Gold and Rose Gold on the back with the front fascia remaining white.
