The defending NBA champions Golden State Warriors will be hosting the visiting Washington Wizards in a match that will close out the two-game season series between the two clubs.
The Warriors, who have the league's best 66-7 record, defeated the Wizards in their first encounter on February 3 at the Verizon Center. Stephen Curry finished the game with 51 big points, and Draymond Green posted a triple-double game production of 12 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds.

Another victory for the Golden State on Tuesday would give the league's current No.1 team their fifth season sweep of the Wizards in six years.
The Dubs are coming fresh from a four-game winning streak after enduring their seventh loss of the season from the powerhouse San Antonio Spurs on March 19. The team, however, immediately bounced back to keep their pace with the 1995-1996 Chicago Bulls all-time league record of 72-10.
In the last two games of the Warriors, Klay Thompson scored back-to-back 40 points against Dallas Mavericks and the league's lowly team Philadelphia 76ers. Meanwhile, Green continuesd to make his presence felt with another triple-double game performance of 13 points, 11 boards and 11 assists, his 12th triple-double as a Warrior.
Washington Wizards, on the other hand, are on a mission with the Eastern Conference top teams. The Wizards are tied with the Chicago Bulls with a 36-37 record in the ninth and tenth place. They are 2-1/2 games behind the No.8 seed Detroit Pistons, who lost their last game against the Atlanta Hawks on March 26. Washington, however, won its first road assignment with a 101-88 win over the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Wizards still have nine remaining games on their schedule and certainly each of the last games for the season is crucial for their bid to enter the playoffs. The team will be relying once again to the All-Star John Wall, who scored 41 points in their initial clash with the Warriors and registered nine straight impressive point-assists double-double.
