Tavia Yeung, who recently married fellow actor Him Law in a secret wedding ceremony in England, has arrived back in Hong Kong to resume her work in the new period TVB drama, "The Last Healer in Forbidden City."
But will she renew her contract with TVB?
Despite Tavia coming back to work to promote her new drama, many are eagerly awaiting her decision on whether or not she will renew her contract with the Hong Kong network, as it is due to expire today. Some speculate that Tavia will no longer renew as she would go with her husband, Him, who is currently intent on breaking into the Chinese market.

Previously asked if she also plans to make a career in China, "It's quite good for artists to develop our careers in China," Tavia answered. "If he develops his career well, he can expand into the market there," she added.
Furthermore, she shared that she can go visit him in China if she is not busy with work.
As for her TVB contract renewal, Tavia refrained from giving a definite answer. She explained that there are still several details that they need to refine, though nothing has been confirmed as of now.
"Wherever I go, my heart for TVB will never change," Tavia said.
There are also reports that Tavia asked for a salary raise from TVB, and while TVB was not happy with her secret marriage to Him, the network still offered her several incentives to encourage her to stay.
Aware of her plans to make it into China as an actress, TVB has arranged for her to star in a Hong Kong-Chinese production. The project will be produced by "Daddy Good Deeds" producer Mui Siu Ching who is due to return to TVB next month.
