Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancée Brett Rossi has won a temporary restraining order against the actor in wake of reports that the former "Two and a Half Men" actor threatened to kill the adult film star.

Rossi, 27, was granted an emergency seven-day restraining order against the actor on Friday from a police station in Van Nuys, Los Angeles, after she told the cops that she feared for her life following an altercation with Sheen. Rossi intends to obtain an extension of the TRO next week.

The 50-year-old was reportedly recorded saying things like "This piece of sh-- needs to be f---ing buried," and "I'd rather spend 20 grand to have her head kicked in."

"Ms. Rossi is terrified after listening to the recording of Mr. Sheen apparently threatening her life," said Rossi's attorney. "She takes the threat as being serious, given what she knows about Mr. Sheen. She will take all necessary steps with law enforcement and the courts to protect herself."

Rossi filed a lawsuit against Sheen in December, claiming assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence.

The 26-year-old said that Sheen had unprotected sex with her multiple times before he told her about his HIV diagnosis. In her lawsuit, she also claimed that the actor was physically and verbally abusive and forced her to abort their baby while they were engaged.

Sheen filed a countersuit against his ex, denying her claims and accusing her of extortion.

"We don't know anything about this and haven't been served with any court papers," Sheen's lawyer said about the restraining order.

"Apparently, Brett Rossi went to the court secretly because she knew that if she provided notice to our client he would have had an opportunity to dispute her allegations and she would not have been granted a [temporary restraining order]. Mr. Sheen hasn't had any recent contact with Brett Rossi. This appears to be a publicity stunt on her part."
