Chinese tech giant ZTE will unveil another innovative device soon in the market after the ZTE Z981 Tablet was spotted on the GFXBench listing.

The new device will feature a 13.8-inch display screen.

Recently, the ZTE BV0710 device was spotted on GFXBench benchmarking website. Now, another ZTE product with model name ZTE Z981 was seen on the same website.

ZTE Z981 has a 13.8-inch display screen that has a five-finger touch support and 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The handheld device will be powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz and coupled with 2GB of RAM on board.

The new handheld device will offer 32GB of internal storage, which the remaining 25GB storage will be reserved for the user's applications and various files.

The device also includes a microSD card slot for further expansion of memory. The device is also equipped with Adreno 405 GPU and runs the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system on the software front. Unfortunately, the listing does not mention anything about the battery.

On the camera front, the tablet will sport a 13-megapixel primary camera with autofocus, LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie images and video calling purposes.

The device will also support dual SIM standby (DSS) and will come with standard connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, 4G-LTE, GPS, Bluetooth, and microUSB port. Apart from this, no other details about the tablet are revealed.

Meanwhile, the company has not confirmed the above details, so users should take this with a pinch of salt.
